Homeward Bound, Inc. offers chemical dependence treatment for the indigent population and those referred by the criminal justice system, local hospitals and private practitioners. We are funded by the state of Texas (VO and DSHS).

Programs are multi-cultural and primarily target the chemically dependent adult who is involved with the criminal justice system. The majority of our clients are indigent.

Our programs are also open to private clients, at affordable fees.

We currently have programs funded by Dallas and Collin County Departments of Community Supervision and Corrections (Probation). The Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse funds us to serve indigent clients in Dallas and Tarrant (Ft. Worth) counties and the 17 surrounding rural counties.
