Our doors opened in September, 2003, when the Dallas College of Oriental Medicine and Homeward Bound, Inc., joined efforts to provide quality care for patients with chemical dependence and psychiatric disorders utilizing acupuncture. The acupuncturists were students doing their clinical internship prior to graduating with a Master-level degree in Oriental Medicine.

Still providing acupuncture and herbal care for our residential and outpatient programs, our acupuncture clinic is now also open to the public, and offers treatment for many conditions, from pain to depression and insomnia.
