• What is the admission process for the detox and intensive residential units?

    When you call, you will be provided with a pre-screening. The pre-screening will consist of questions about demographic information, drug and alcohol use and history, medical and psychiatric history.) You will be required to leave a contact number.

     

    The next step is for Intake Coordinator Albert Peña to call you back with a date and time for admission.

    During the admission process, you will be required to provide a urine specimen, and a nurse will do a medical assessment. We will do an inventory of your belongings and get you set up to start treatment. A counselor will assist you with the intake and orientation process.

  • What can I bring with me to treatment?

    • Undergarments and socks for 7 days (calsones y calsetines)

    • 4 T-shirts (no muscle shirts) (camisetas)

    • 2 pairs pajamas (pigama) – could be long or short sweatpants and 2 T-shirts

    • 1 pair athletic shoes (tenis)

    • 1 pair flip flops (chanclas)

    • 2 towels (toallas)
